New Hampshire Medicaid announced a rate cut for all DME without an established allowable charge. Effective for dates of service April 1, 2010 and after the new rate for products without an allowable is Cost plus 10%. This is a reduction from Cost plus 30%. The reduction is being fought by NEMED and NH suppliers.
