NCART Secures Congressional Letter Supporting 9.5% Restoration

A Congressional letter initiated by Representative Tammy Baldwin (D-WI) requesting restoration of the 9.5% Medicare cut to Complex Rehab Power Wheelchairs was sent to House Leadership on October 19, 2009.

The letter was signed by 15 members of the House and provides the basis for the restoration of the cut and asks that the restoration be included as part of the developing health care legislation. The following Members signed the letter stating their support:
